SHIPPING POLICY
At FitMe, we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping, especially when it comes to food items. That's why we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
We offer standard shipping via our trusted carriers, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We also offer expedited shipping options for those who need their items sooner.
Please note that some of our products require special handling and may require overnight or two-day shipping. We always strive to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process so that you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.
To ensure the freshness and quality of our products, we carefully package each item in insulated containers with ice packs, and we use eco-friendly materials whenever possible. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, so if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.
Lastly, we currently only ship within PAN India, and shipping rates may vary depending on the weight and destination of your order. For more information on our shipping policies or to track your order, please contact our customer service team.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At FitMe, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
Returns:
We do not accept returns for non-damaged or non-defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, We may ask for photos or other information to help us better understand the issue. Once we receive your request, we'll work with you to arrange for a return or exchange, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label if necessary. We'll also issue a refund or send a replacement as soon as possible.
Exchanges:
We do not offer product exchanges. If you'd like to try a different product, please place a new order on our website.
Refunds:
If you're unhappy with a damaged or defective item, we'll issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees, as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been opened or consumed.
Perishable items:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for perishable items that have been opened or consumed, for safety reasons.
